Kerryn La Duc

Kerryn La Duc has taught Language Arts and Social Studies for close to eight years in both the public and private sector. Kerryn has always had a passion for history and is excited to impart her knowledge of history onto her students. Kerryn has committed herself to education for much of her life; she has worked in educational publishing, non-profit child development centers and spent time researching educational theory. Kerryn received her B.A. in Anthropology and World Cultures from UCLA and then her Masters in Education and Social Policy from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. She is a mother of two children and lives in Oakland. She is excited to work at OHDS, as it will give her the chance to work interactively with students in supportive and stimulating setting.
