Daryl Grace Daryl Grace was born and raised in the Bay Area and attended Bishop O'Dowd High School in Oakland and San Diego State University. After finishing college, Daryl began managing retail stores in local malls. In 1996, he began working as a counselor for Jewish Community Services' Camp Tzofim in the summer and Olam Yeladim after-school programs. He also began a career as a DJ for DJ-K Productions, entertaining at private parties. The past two years in the jweekly readers’ poll, Daryl was named the best DJ in the Bay Area for B'nei Mitzvot. At Piedmont High School, he is the assistant coach for both the Boys’ Varsity and Girls’ Varsity basketball teams. In 2004 and 2005, Daryl’s girls’ team won back-to-back State Championships, and in 2005, they were ranked number four in the country. Daryl has also coached two years of youth soccer for Montclair Soccer Clubs and is proud of their record: 48-3-1. Daryl began teaching physical education in OHDS in 2005, and he is also the coach of the middle school’s boys’ and girls’ basketball teams. |
